Just a quick question and rant... has anyone else had the horrible service i have had at www.topdjgear.com ? i was extremely patient with them and have had numerous phone calls concerning the product and where abouts of where my product is. James and another attendant Joan have answered my calls and insured me that since i was cancelling my order... (due to the fact that they misquoted me on a delivery date) that it would be charged back to me... the first time i spook to James who actually hung the phone up on me as i was speaking to him and the second time with Joan who even offered to email a reciept to me, which i never got and now i was charged by James twice for the product by mistake and the he said it was credited to my account finally.. yet i have not been able to see it as of yet.. so now i mising over a thousand dollars from my bank account... this is the worst experience in online shopping i have had from any company and there customer support is horrible.. Does anyone know what consumer rights i have? i am thinking of taking this to my lawyer.. and has anyone else had the service i have had from this place? -Richy |
