I am recording a bluegrass band that wants record all at once. I have all the levels great. The problem is that they are all def and not used to hearing each other through the headphones. I have a headphone amp so they can set their own volume but they just want to hear themselves and a little of everyone else. You can't set the headphones for each track while recoring all 8 tracks. I am lost. That was you can individually set the monitor/headphone volume at the desired for each musician.
