Hi, I have a Jem FP model that I recently bought second hand.

So...

1. Is there anyway to keep my tone from sharpening when I lock down the 3 bolts?

2. Is there anyway to adjust pitch without a pitch tool, any workaround?

Also I havent been able to get the action that I need, while having the bridge high enough the way I'd want it...action gets all stiffy.

Im kinda new to this stuff and Im trying to learn how do setup my guitar on my own, and I own a very intricate guitar fortunately/unfortunately, so if anyone knows how to work with this i'd appreciate any help, thanks.

Its very hard to explain, just do what I did, take it to a guitar shop where they have a tech, pay him to set it up and ask him to let you watch. Most times they will be more than happy to teach you.
