Hi,
I'm trying to connect my Keyboard to my PC.
I have a creative Blaster 24 bit sound card.
When i goto cakewalk midi input device list, it tells me there are no input devices.
I have connected my keyboard to the joystick input on my PC, as that's what i did on my not so amazing old computer which had a midi input device called MPU-401.
Strange how my old pc worked and yet this one doesn't
Anyway.. does anyone know why i don't have a midi input listed?
As i said.. the keyboard is connected to the joystick input on my computer.. seemed to work on my old one like that.. don't know why it doesnt here.

I have disabled my onboard sound card as it was conflicting with the new creative card i have, i doubt that has anything to do with it... i wouldnt have thought that the onboard sound card.. and joystick input were linked...

Does anyone know why i can't get my keyboard to send data to my PC (Why there is no input listed like on my old PC which showed "MPU-401")

Thanks Alot:D:D:D
